Terms & Conditions for Education Bookings

General Terms

1. All bookings for education courses, whether online or in-person, are subject to availability.
2. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3. Preferred dates selected at checkout are not guaranteed. Lisa will confirm availability after booking.
4. Courses are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, with at least 14 days’ notice.
5. Any cancellations made by Lisa due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
6. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet the required skill level for each course.

Online Video Courses

1. Payment must be made in full before access to the video is granted.
2. Upon purchase, participants will receive a download link valid for 72 hours.
3. Due to the digital nature of the course, no refunds or extensions will be provided once access is granted.
4. Videos are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.

In-Person Training at Lisa’s Studio

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
2. At checkout, participants must provide their preferred training date, but this is not guaranteed. Lisa will personally confirm availability.
3. Klarna payment options are available for those who wish to split payments.
4. If a participant is unable to attend, they must notify Lisa at least 14 days in advance to reschedule (subject to availability). No refunds will be given.
5. Participants must provide their own models unless otherwise arranged with Lisa in advance.

In-Person Training at Your Salon

1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a salon visit.
2. At checkout, participants must provide their preferred training date and salon location. Lisa will confirm the date after booking.
3. A 50-mile return trip is included in the booking price. Any additional miles beyond this will be charged at 45p per mile.
4. After booking, Lisa will personally contact participants to finalise the date and collect any additional travel fees.
5. Klarna payment options are available for those who wish to split payments.
6. The salon must provide models or arrange for practice heads as per course requirements.
7. Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to Lisa’s availability.

Additional Policies

1. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Lisa reserves the right to shorten the session accordingly.
2. Health & Safety: Participants must ensure their working environment is clean and professional.
3. Intellectual Property: Course materials, techniques, and training content remain Lisa’s intellectual property and must not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.
